Deep Cleaning
Do you need more than a standard cleaning? If so, our deep cleaning service is worth considering. We clean everything in your property from top to bottom. This service is very popular among clients who own changeover properties, and residential clients who may periodically need a more in depth cleaning. Many of our rental property clients request a deep cleaning before the rental season, and once again after the season ends. As with all of our other services, this service is customizable. If you need something done that is not listed below, please let us know.

Ever have something you have to do, but just don't want to. We certainly have and understand how you feel. Anytime you have something you just don't want to do for whatever reason we are there for you. No matter how crazy you think it is, just send in your request.

Service Includes (but is not limited to):
- Sweep, and mop all hard floors
- Vacuum all carpets and rugs
- Clean all bathrooms (clean and sanitize toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, vanities, floors, and fixtures)
- Clean kitchen (sink, counters, backsplash, top of stove, floors, and inside of microwave)
- Dust all surfaces
- Clean all glass and mirrors
- Take out all trash
Deep Cleaning
Service Includes (but is not limited to):
- Clean baseboards, molding, and woodwork
- Clean ceiling fans, air vents, and window sills
- Dust wall hangings
- Dust blinds/shutters
- Clean all hard floors
- Vacuum all carpets and rugs
- Clean all bathrooms (clean and sanitize toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, vanities, cabinets, floors, and fixtures)
- Clean kitchen (inside and outside refrigerator, sink, counters, top of stove, floors, inside of microwave, appliance faces)
- Dust all surfaces
- Clean all glass and mirrors
